Beltone One! is one of the most attractive hearing solutions on the market. Depending on the model, it’s either virtually invisible or designed to integrate with the user in an eye-pleasing way. The Belcam will prove this for Mr. Jones by showing him on your computer screen exactly what he looks like with hearing aids on. It will also help you show him how to insert and operate the instrument.

Once Mr. Jones is reassured about the cosmetic aspect, then the SOLUS software program will help the two of you through the fitting process. You’ll be guided in four straightforward steps: From gathering information on the patient’s profile to choosing, fitting and activating the hearing aid.

SOLUS also includes the Audio Verification Environment (AVE.) system. With its audiologically verified Dolby Surround Sound files, multi-media speaker system and audio-visual representations of real-life situations, AVE. is state-of-the-art technology. And it’s not just for show. You can use it in a number of practical ways.

First, you can demonstrate to Mrs. Jones what her husband experiences with diminished hearing. Second, you can recreate real-life surround acoustical environments for Mr. Jones right in your office to demonstrate the benefits of amplification. Realistic sound simulations lead to a better understanding of the hearing loss. This helps you set realistic expectations, which make Mr. Jones more committed to accepting the hearing aid. Finally, you can use AVE. to help you adjust the fitting settings, and to fine-tune them when Mr. Jones returns for follow-up visits.
